Monitoring & Evaluation Learning Director
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International is recruiting applicants for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Learning Director for an anticipated USAID-funded Tajikistan Agribusiness Competitiveness Activity project.
Winrock is seeking senior-level agriculture marketing, supply chain, and finance experts for a USAID funded project that will support the growth of a competitive agriculture industry in Tajikistan. The experts will design and provided technical leadership to activities that will support agribusinesses in accessing and competing in domestic, region, and international markets. Through its market-driven interventions the project will spur on and off-farm employment opportunities and incentivize investment in business service provision and market infrastructure. For all positions, preference is given to those with previous private sector experience and advanced degrees.
Position Description:
Monitoring & Evaluation Learning Director will implement the project M&E and develop systems to track overall project activities, outputs. The M&E Director will also contribute to the design and lead implementation of all project learning activities.
Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 10 years’ managing and implementing complex M&E systems for international development projects, preferably with USAID
Proven record of designing and implementing data collection tools including surveys
Experience managing large M&E databases and conducting timely data analysis and developing reports.
Fluency in English, Russian and Tajik.
